Job Responsibilities: 1️⃣ Preference for candidates with experience in Perp DEX; must understand Perp DEX and be responsible for answering user questions through online communication tools (such as Telegram, Discord, X, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate responses. 2️⃣ Assist in maintaining and operating the community, actively addressing user feedback, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. 3️⃣ Familiarity with blockchain-related information, capable of independently querying on-chain data to provide accurate answers to users. 4️⃣ Assist the team in optimizing the knowledge base, script dialogues, and service processes to enhance overall customer service efficiency and user experience. 5️⃣ Cross-cultural communication, assisting in addressing the needs of users from different countries and regions.

Job Requirements: 1️⃣ Must have work experience in the blockchain industry, understanding contract trading; preference for candidates with Perp DEX experience. 2️⃣ At least 1 year of customer service experience, capable of independently handling user issues. 3️⃣ Preference for candidates with community operation/maintenance experience (such as Discord, Telegram, X, etc.). 4️⃣ Language requirements: Proficient in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a plus. 5️⃣ Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and patience, able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment. 6️⃣ Ability to adapt to working hours in European and American time zones to ensure timely responses to user inquiries.
