## Responsibilities
**A. Brand Strategy and Enhancement**
- Develop and execute **brand strategies** and quarterly themes, unify brand tone/persona, and enhance global developer and industry **awareness** and **favorability**.
- Establish a brand messaging package (AI × **Blockchain** narrative), visual and multimedia standards to ensure alignment with market demands and product roadmap.
**B. Content Planning and Operations (Technical Focus)**
- Independently **understand and articulate** concepts such as CoT/Planner, A2A/MCP, STM/LTM/RAG, Rust/Solidity/Move; co-create **technical long posts/threads**, feature breakdowns, white paper excerpts, user stories/cases with engineering/DevRel.
- Plan column-based content: **weekly Shiplog, version guard metrics cards, event reports/reviews**, short videos/image posters; build a resource library and reuse standards.
**C. Social Media Management (Global Distribution)**
- Operate a multi-platform matrix: **X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Medium/Blog, YouTube, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, Newsletter, Telegram, Facebook**; develop scheduling and pacing.
- Enhance **engagement rate (ER)/clicks and external traffic**; adapt messaging and content for key markets (primarily North America).
**D. Community Activities and User Engagement**
- Collaborate/lead **ETH series/hackathons/meetups/university & city salons**: from planning → registration conversion → execution → review.
- On-site **material collection (follow-up/quick notes/live collaboration) → rapid editing → multi-platform distribution**; capture genuine moments of "research → engineering."
**E. Cross-Department Collaboration and Support**
- Work closely with **development/product/design/operations/BD** to ensure seamless integration of brand communication and operational activities; convert community feedback into product input.
- Participate in organizing AMA, technical sharing, and other events, and **connect with guests**, supporting narrative and PR material for events.
**F. Data and Growth (Dashboards and Reviews)**
- Establish cross-channel dashboards (ER/clicks/traffic/new users/retention/conversion), **weekly reviews, monthly optimizations**;
- Drive funnel conversion improvements from content exposure to **registration/attendance/leads/PoC**; monitor and respond to crisis public opinion.
**G. Compliance and Standards**
- All external **technical claims** must have **internal sources/links** and "extraction/anonymization" explanations; complete fact-checking and risk control review before output.
## Requirements
- **Qualifications**: 2–5 years of experience in social media/content/brand; excellent English writing and external communication skills; steep learning curve and strong structured expression.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree or higher; preferred majors include Computer Science/Information Technology/Marketing; **North America TOP30** background preferred.
- **Brand and Persona**: Experience in **brand tone and persona management**, able to transform technical narratives into recognizable content assets.
- **Technical Affinity**: Able to understand and articulate **contract/toolchain demos**, co-create technical long articles with engineers; familiar with **EVM/Move/L2/ZK/cross-contract collaboration**.
- **North American Market Awareness**: Familiarity with the North American developer/media/community ecosystem or relevant resources preferred; experience in **BTC ecosystem** content preferred.
- **Expression and Frontline Experience**: Experience in online/offline content output and public speaking preferred; PR interview/hosting/narration skills are a plus.
- **Collaboration and Stress Resistance**: Smooth cross-department coordination, able to maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced environment; strong data-driven and problem-solving abilities.

## Nice to Have
- Frontline experience in ETHGlobal/on-chain developer communities; led or deeply participated in medium to large-scale **hackathons/technical summits**.
- English long-form/thread portfolio; photography/editing/live collaboration.
- Basic data analysis, SEO/ASO awareness; campus club/hackathon resources.
- Experience or interim responsibilities in **CMO/brand management**.
