Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening & interviewing
Develop TA strategies & employer branding activities
Run employee referral programs & improve candidate experience
Attend job fairs & events
Requirements:
3+ yrs experience in TA in Web3
Strong full-cycle recruiting & employer branding knowledge
Familiar with interview methods & assessments
Excellent communication & time management skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and legally savvy
Chinese + English fluency (oral is must)
