**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Responsible for user growth and market expansion of the trading platform, driving increases in the number of agents, users, and trading volume;
2. Develop and maintain core resources such as local agents, communities, and KOLs, establishing and deepening long-term cooperative relationships;
3. Plan online and offline activities aimed at attracting new agents;
4. Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to promote product implementation in channels and optimize user experience;
5. Monitor and analyze the operational strategies and channel tactics of mainstream exchanges, providing competitive analysis and localized operational optimization plans;
6. Track and analyze channel data, regularly producing performance reports;
7. Submit regular business progress reports, participate in formulating rebate policies, and contribute to developing channel incentive policies.
**Job Requirements:**
1. Over 1 year of experience in BD/user growth at cryptocurrency exchanges, with a background in **contract business and channel expansion**;
2. Preference for candidates with resources in promotion channels such as agents, communities, and KOLs; global KOL resources are a plus;
3. Proficient in English as a working language, with good local market communication skills;
4. Results-oriented, strong execution ability, self-driven, capable of independently achieving business goals;
5. Familiar with promotion models involving agents, communities, and KOLs, with excellent channel negotiation and collaboration implementation skills.
