Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives for Native in Singapore and globally. This senior-level role is instrumental in shaping Native's trajectory by identifying high-impact business opportunities, fostering key strategic partnerships, and spearheading market expansion efforts. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, a robust industry network, and a proven track record of driving results in fintech or blockchain business development.
Job Responsibilities
Define and execute high-level strategies to expand Native’s market presence, including identifying new business opportunities, assessing market trends, and creating long-term value for the company.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with DeFi protocols, dApp developers, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to enhance Native's ecosystem.
Spearhead Native’s entry into new markets by crafting and implementing tailored go-to-market strategies for diverse regions and market segments.
Lead high-value deal negotiations, close strategic partnerships, and drive sustained revenue growth through innovative business approaches.
Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, delivering solutions that align with their goals and Native’s value proposition.
Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between business development objectives and product offerings, ensuring market demand is met effectively.
Represent Native as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and other public forums, solidifying the company’s position as a leader in the DeFi space.
Contribute to the creation of compelling content to enhance brand awareness and establish Native as a go-to authority in liquidity infrastructure.
