Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Recruitment Strategy Development and Execution
- Closely align with the company's business development plans and the talent needs of various departments to formulate and efficiently execute phased and annual recruitment strategies and plans, ensuring timely talent acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment data, assess recruitment effectiveness, continuously optimize recruitment strategies and processes, and improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
2️⃣ Recruitment Channel Expansion and Management
- Responsible for expanding and maintaining diverse recruitment channels, including but not limited to headhunter partnerships, job boards, industry job fairs, and internal referrals, especially for talent in specialized fields such as financial trading, risk management, and information technology, establishing stable talent acquisition channels.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of each recruitment channel, allocate recruitment resources reasonably, and improve channel utilization.
3️⃣ Full Process Recruitment Implementation
- Lead the entire recruitment process from resume screening, interview invitations, interview organization (including initial and follow-up interviews) to offer issuance and onboarding follow-up.
- Design scientific interview assessment dimensions and methods for industry-specific positions to accurately identify candidates' professional abilities, comprehensive qualities, and job fit.
- Maintain close communication with hiring departments to clarify recruitment needs, provide timely feedback on recruitment progress, and collaboratively resolve issues that arise during the recruitment process.
4️⃣ Talent Pool Construction and Management
- Establish and maintain the company's core talent pool, continuously track and maintain relationships with potential candidates to reserve high-quality talent for the company.
- Regularly organize and update the talent pool to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of talent information.
5️⃣ Employer Brand Building Support: Assist in employer brand building efforts by optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience to convey the company's corporate culture and values, thereby increasing the company's attractiveness to talent.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
2️⃣ Work Experience: At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in the relevant industry, familiar with industry talent characteristics and recruitment channels. Experience in successfully recruiting mid-to-senior level talent is preferred.
3️⃣ Professional Skills
- Proficient in the operational processes and techniques of all recruitment stages, with rich experience in resume screening and interview assessment.
- Familiar with various recruitment tools and assessment methods, able to apply them reasonably according to job requirements.
- Possess good data analysis skills, able to review recruitment work through recruitment data and propose improvement measures.
- Proficient in using office software and recruitment management systems.
4️⃣ Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate efficiently with candidates and hiring departments, with a strong sense of purpose and execution ability to complete recruitment tasks within the specified time.
- Possess keen insight and judgment, able to accurately grasp the match between candidates' traits and job requirements.
- Proactive in work, responsible, strong in pressure resistance, with good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
5️⃣ Bonus Points - Language Skills: Fluent in English, able to read English resumes and recruitment information proficiently, and possessing certain English speaking skills is preferred.
