Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Fan conversion and course sales: Follow up with fans through phone calls, WeChat, online consultations, etc., analyze their needs, and provide personalized course recommendations (such as Sober Options Club, Arbitrage 8 Courses, etc.) to achieve sales targets.
2️⃣ High-end student service: Maintain relationships with high-end students in the Options Club, respond promptly to inquiries, solve problems, promote renewals and service upgrades, and ensure student satisfaction.
3️⃣ Community operations: Operate WeChat groups and other communities, publish content, manage interactions, answer questions, and create an active atmosphere.
4️⃣ Enrollment advertising: Design and publish enrollment advertisements (on Moments, official accounts, social media, etc.), optimize promotion strategies, and improve conversion rates.
5️⃣ Other support: Collect market feedback, conduct data statistics, and assist with sales process-related tasks.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, finance, or related fields.
2️⃣ Work experience: Experience in US stock trading or knowledge of financial theories is preferred; familiarity with the options field is a plus; strong English speaking and listening skills are an advantage.
3️⃣ Skills required:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, proficient in using online tools like WeChat and phone calls. Familiar with social media operations and advertising, with basic copywriting skills.
Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word, with basic data analysis capabilities.
Results-oriented, strong sales awareness, and good stress resistance.
4️⃣ Personal qualities: Enthusiastic, responsible, detail-oriented, good at interpersonal communication, with preference for female candidates.
5️⃣ Must be adaptable to flexible working hours (including some weekends/holidays).
