Job Responsibilities:

2️⃣ Provide 24/7 instant support to VIP clients through exclusive communication channels (such as Telegram), efficiently handling daily operational and technical issues.
3️⃣ Address client inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, products, and activities, and promptly communicate the latest platform updates.
4️⃣ Proactively convey important updates to clients, including policy adjustments, technical optimizations, and market announcements.
5️⃣ Demonstrate excellent customer-oriented problem-solving skills, providing timely solutions to enhance client emotional satisfaction and business value.
6️⃣ Regularly produce reports summarizing client insights, transaction behavior analysis, and service optimization suggestions to support continuous improvement.
