Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Market Strategy: Develop a data-driven global marketing plan for the public chain, with the core goal of attracting top DeFi protocols and users.
2️⃣ Ecosystem Collaboration: Proactively identify and establish strategic partnerships with key DeFi projects, wallets, exchanges, KOLs, and developer communities to co-plan marketing activities.
3️⃣ Content and Narrative: Lead the creation of the public chain's technical narrative, highlighting its advantages in performance, cost, or innovation, and transform it into appealing content for DeFi users (such as case studies, tutorials, industry reports).
4️⃣ Events and Growth: Plan and manage online/offline marketing events (such as AMAs, hackathons, collaborative press conferences) and achieve user growth through effective channels (such as Twitter, Discord, Mirror, industry media).
5️⃣ Data Analysis: Monitor on-chain data (such as TVL, active address count) and the effectiveness of marketing activities, continuously optimizing strategies.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Must have over 3 years of marketing experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with at least 2 years focused directly on the DeFi field.
2️⃣ Must have a deep understanding of core DeFi sectors (such as DEX, lending, derivatives, stablecoins) and key concepts (such as AMM, liquidity mining, cross-chain, contract security, etc.).
3️⃣ Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns for DeFi projects or a strong collaborative network within mainstream DeFi ecosystems.
4️⃣ Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, along with project management abilities.
5️⃣ Strong self-motivation and adaptability to the rapidly changing Web3 environment.
