Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Take on/manage the main liaison responsibilities with project parties, covering daily communication, information transmission, issue feedback, and coordination solutions.
2️⃣ When sensitive matters are involved, provide thorough explanations and communication to the project parties while ensuring platform risk control and user interests, ensuring timely and transparent information delivery, and providing a basis for subsequent handling.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Background in the blockchain industry, familiar with exchange business processes; experience in liaising with project parties or institutional clients, or in blockchain projects.
2️⃣ Experience in communicating with exchanges, familiar with project lifecycle and common demands.
3️⃣ Preference for candidates with experience as a client manager or in operations-related roles.
4️⃣ Communication and coordination skills: able to clearly convey platform policies and promote consensus among multiple parties.
5️⃣ Problem-solving ability: quickly analyze issues and propose feasible solutions when sensitive matters arise.
6️⃣ Risk control awareness: understand security and platform risk control logic, ensuring compliance and safety in liaison communication.
7️⃣ Ability to handle pressure and adapt: maintain professionalism and flexibly manage emergencies in the face of doubts or pressure.
8️⃣ Cross-departmental collaboration skills.
