Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Team Leadership and Talent Development
- Fully responsible for the leadership, coaching, and performance management of trainers and quality assurance specialists, driving continuous improvement in team capabilities.
- Systematically build the team's professional skills through skill training, mentor training programs (TTT), and continuous development mechanisms.
- Reasonably allocate team tasks to ensure comprehensive and effective coverage of training and quality assurance activities.
2️⃣ Training System and Project Management
- Oversee the management of the entire cycle of training projects from onboarding training, cross-skill training to advanced empowerment.
- Ensure training materials are continuously updated and monitor training effectiveness through assessment feedback mechanisms.
3️⃣ Quality Assurance and Performance Management
- Establish and improve quality assessment indicators and standards, ensuring consistency through regular calibration.
- Deeply analyze quality data, identify improvement opportunities, and promote the implementation of performance improvement measures.
4️⃣ Operational Excellence and Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with customer service, product, and operations teams to ensure training and quality strategies are highly aligned with business objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement projects to optimize the effectiveness of training technologies and quality assurance tools.
5️⃣ Reporting and Strategic Insights
- Prepare and present team performance and quality reports, providing data-driven recommendations for significant improvements.
- Monitor core quality indicators, develop and implement measures to meet standards, and continuously enhance service quality.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above, relevant majors preferred.
2️⃣ At least 2 years of work experience in the crypto industry.
3️⃣ Over 2 years of experience in training delivery, course design, and quality assurance in the customer service field, along with team management experience.
4️⃣ Proficient in English and Chinese for work communication.
5️⃣ Excellent problem-solving skills and cross-department communication abilities.
6️⃣ Ability to adapt to high-pressure, fast-paced environments, with both independent work and team collaboration skills.
