Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Establish, cultivate, and strengthen partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and distribution channels in the industry.
2️⃣ Actively promote brand policies, acquire new user groups, and enhance brand awareness.
3️⃣ Assist in identifying market trends and opportunities to support business growth.
4️⃣ Proactively negotiate and drive project initiation.
5️⃣ Responsible for liaising with major global and potential cryptocurrency exchanges (such as Binance, Coinbase, OKX, etc.), leading the entire process of token listing (including preparation of application materials, compliance communication, listing negotiations, and post-listing operational coordination), ensuring efficient achievement of listing goals.
6️⃣ Develop overseas market business development strategies, actively explore and expand resources from exchanges, market makers, blockchain project parties, industry associations, and other ecosystem partners, establishing a long-term stable cooperation network to provide resource support for business expansion.
7️⃣ Track dynamics of the overseas crypto market, changes in policies and regulations, and competitor actions (especially competitor listing strategies and cooperation models), output analysis reports to provide data support for the company's product iteration, listing decisions, and business development strategy optimization.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Experience in business development, particularly in collaboration with key opinion leaders (KOLs), with excellent English (IELTS 7+) and Mandarin communication skills.
2️⃣ Preferred experience in coordinating and building relationships with financial institutions (such as banks, well-known investment companies, or exchanges).
3️⃣ Extensive network resources in the blockchain industry.
4️⃣ Demonstrate strong self-management skills and a keen awareness of performance goals.
5️⃣ Possess excellent teamwork spirit, responsible and diligent work ethic, proactive learning attitude, strong communication skills, and execution ability.
