Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Maintenance of existing clients and expansion of new clients
- Follow up and maintain client relationships (such as VIP clients, medium net worth clients, large payment card clients), establish long-term trust relationships, and provide personalized investment advice.
- Provide one-on-one service to clients, such as quickly responding to asset withdrawal anomalies, trading anomalies, coin listing information, API connections, etc., and recommend suitable financial products to clients, explaining product features, risk-return, and investment strategies.
- Establish client profiles, recording key preferences and behavior paths.
- Proactively develop new client resources (existing client referrals, online activities, industry conferences, community outreach, etc.);
- Investment consulting services: respond promptly to client inquiries and provide customized asset allocation plans based on client risk preferences and financial goals.
- Promote and assist clients in participating in platform activities, such as recommendation competitions, capital increase competitions, trading competitions, etc.;
- Compliance and risk management: ensure that sales activities comply with local regulatory requirements (such as KYC, anti-money laundering);
2️⃣ User analysis and reporting
- Analyze client trading data and product usage habits, providing product optimization suggestions;
- Regularly submit summaries of client information and result analyses, growth strategy reports, etc., to superiors.
- Manage clients according to asset size tiers, and report significant changes or anomalies to superiors in a timely manner;
3️⃣ Product and market support
- Provide customized product solutions and conveniences for large clients (API rate limit increases, customized VIP rebate levels, etc.);
- Provide feedback to the product team on high net worth user product demands to meet diverse investment needs.
- Collaborate with product design, risk control, operations, and other departments to ensure a smooth investment process for clients.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields.
Candidates with CFA, CFP, blockchain certification, or securities/fund qualifications are preferred.
2️⃣ Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in finance, the cryptocurrency industry, or client relationship management, with experience serving high net worth clients or institutional clients preferred.
Familiarity with centralized exchange business models (such as wealth management, spot trading, contracts) or other cryptocurrency asset management products.
3️⃣ Professional Skills:
In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and trading mechanisms (such as DeFi, Layer2).
Familiarity with global regulatory policies (such as US SEC, EU MiCA, Hong Kong SFC).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, capable of handling complex client needs.
4️⃣ Language Skills:
Fluent in Chinese and English (both spoken and written), proficiency in other languages (such as Korean, Japanese) is a plus.
5️⃣ Soft Skills:
Strong resilience and adaptability, able to cope with the high volatility and fast pace of the cryptocurrency market.
Team spirit with cross-departmental collaboration experience.
Data-driven mindset, skilled in analyzing client behavior and market trends.
💡 Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a client manager or in sales at a cryptocurrency exchange, blockchain project, or fintech company.
Possession of a certain client resource or industry connections (such as high net worth individuals, traditional investors, family offices, etc.).
