Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for diverse teams across Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Sourcing: Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and talent communities, with a focus on Fintech, Crypto, SaaS, and Web3 industries.
• Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including passive talent, across APAC markets, with a strong focus on Banking and Fintech professionals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand the specific needs of each department and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Interviewing & Selection: Lead and facilitate interview processes, including initial screenings, technical assessments, and cultural fit evaluations, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.
• Negotiation & Closing: Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions and contract negotiations, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with trends in talent acquisition, particularly in hightech, SaaS, Web3, and fintech sectors, to keep recruitment efforts innovative and effective.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process to help foster an inclusive company culture.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a strong background in hiring for high-tech industries such as SaaS, Web3, Crypto, and Fintech.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to recruit for roles in Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Engineering, Product, and Design within the fintech/crypto industries, particularly for banking/finte
