1. Associate degree or above, majoring in computer-related fields preferred;
2. Over 5 years of Java backend development experience, mid to senior engineers must have experience in complex system development;
3. Proficient in Java language, familiar with mainstream frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud;
4. Familiar with databases and caching technologies such as MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, with database optimization capabilities;
5. Familiar with distributed system architecture, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc.), and microservices-related technologies;
6. Possess good coding standards, problem analysis skills, and team collaboration awareness;
7. Experience in handling high concurrency and large data volume business is preferred.
📝 Job Responsibilities 📝
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's backend business systems, ensuring stable and efficient operation;
2. Design and optimize system architecture based on business requirements, providing high-quality technical solutions;
3. Participate in database design and optimization, ensuring data security and performance under high concurrency;
4. Write high-quality, maintainable code and improve relevant technical documentation;
5. Collaborate with frontend, product, and testing teams to complete project iterations and launches on time;
6. Keep track of new industry technologies and continuously optimize existing system architecture and development processes.
