Job description
KOL Operations and Collaboration
Select and establish profiles for high-quality trading KOLs in the cryptocurrency space, driving the number of collaborations to meet targets.
Develop and implement KOL collaboration plans, including trial fund distribution, user acquisition incentives, live broadcasts, and strategy-driven trading, to support the growth of robot users.
Maintain relationships with top-quality KOLs, fostering deep collaborative ties, collecting feedback and product suggestions; monitor user acquisition and ROI effects, optimizing or eliminating underperforming KOLs in a timely manner.
Community Operations and User Maintenance
Build and maintain community engagement, utilizing topic guidance and high-quality content output (news, valuable insights, event announcements, etc.) to enhance user stickiness and interaction rates.
Act as a bridge between users and the company, promptly answering questions, collecting feedback, and facilitating product team implementation to form a service loop.
Conduct tiered and refined operations for active users, potential clients, and KOLs to improve user satisfaction and retention rates, nurturing a core user group.
Regularly plan and execute community activities (such as sharing check-ins, lottery interactions, experience promotions, etc.) to promote community engagement and transaction conversion.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, communication, finance, economics, or related fields;
1-3 years of experience in user operations, community operations, or KOL operations, with experience in the cryptocurrency space/exchanges/robot products preferred;
Familiarity with the KOL ecosystem in the cryptocurrency space and community operation strategies, with practical experience in live events, content operations, or user growth;
High data sensitivity, with strong analytical and review capabilities, able to adjust operational strategies based on data;
Excellent communication skills and resource integration abilities, capable of efficiently promoting cross-departmental and cross-role collaboration;
Strong sense of responsibility, high execution ability, with a results-oriented and user-oriented mindset.
