Job description
Responsible for the overall operation of wallet products, covering user growth, ecosystem collaboration, community building, and other areas.
Develop and implement user growth strategies (acquisition, retention, conversion, re-engagement), including tactics such as viral marketing, airdrops, incentives, and referrals, to enhance user activity and asset retention.
Continuously track the operational models of competitors (such as Pumpfun, various wallets, etc.) and design differentiated operational plans based on wallet characteristics.
Interface with ecosystem projects (DeFi, NFT, inscriptions, cross-chain, blockchain games, etc.), promote joint activities and scenario implementation, and enrich wallet usage scenarios.
Responsible for wallet user education and content operations, producing beginner guides and ecosystem gameplay tutorials to lower the user entry barrier.
Build and optimize the operational data metrics system (DAU, retention rate, conversion rate, user asset scale, etc.), and optimize operational effectiveness through data analysis and experimental validation.
Establish and maintain community ecosystems (Telegram/Discord/Twitter, etc.), enhancing community activity and user engagement.
Collaborate with product, development, marketing, compliance, and other teams to ensure efficient implementation of activities and feature iterations, and be accountable for the results.
Requirements:
Experience in the actual operation of wallet products (Pumpfun, exchange wallets, cross-chain wallets, etc.).
Familiarity with the Web3 industry and crypto user profiles, with a deep understanding of DeFi, NFT, inscriptions, blockchain games, and trading strategies.
At least 2 years of blockchain operation experience, with successful cases in user growth, ecosystem operation, or community operation.
Strong data-driven mindset, capable of optimizing growth and operational plans through data analysis.
Strong cross-departmental communication and project management skills, able to independently drive project implementation.
English can be used as a working language; experience in overseas user operations or ecosystem collaboration is preferred.
