Job description
1. Support the business manager in resolving various issues with agents and maintaining cooperative relationships;
2. Improve agent management efficiency through community coordination and Q&A;
3. Optimize cost risk control and commission management;
4. Collect user feedback and convert it into feasible product suggestions to help improve product and user experience quality.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with Korean as a working language;
2. Experience in the web3 industry, with an understanding of industry/business operation mechanisms/customer support mechanisms;
3. Strong logical thinking ability and excellent communication and collaboration skills;
4. Highly self-motivated, with a certain level of resilience, able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
