Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Answer related questions online (multiple channels including but not limited to TG&DC)
2️⃣ Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
3️⃣ Assist the team in optimizing customer service processes to improve efficiency
4️⃣ Regularly follow up on customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Associate degree or above, with Russian as a working language, previous customer service experience preferred;
2️⃣ Good communication skills and team spirit
3️⃣ Familiar with computer operations and able to use customer service systems
4️⃣ Knowledge of blockchain/trading platforms is a plus
