Job description
bloXroute is looking for a proactive, customer-centric Support Engineer to join the company's technical support team and start working directly. In this role, you will assist in resolving technical issues, help users with product-related inquiries, and ensure they have a smooth and satisfactory experience. You will also need to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering and business to solve problems and drive continuous product feature optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support services for clients in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Assist users with basic maintenance and problem resolution
- Identify service anomalies and quality shortcomings across different blockchain networks
- Clarify quality standards for the development and product teams
- Use data to propose improvements and ensure overall service quality
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a technical support engineer
- Full-time remote work, based in Asia, able to cover Asian time zones and adapt to flexible work arrangements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Experience with Linux systems
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Knowledge and practical experience with blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical information into clear and understandable content
