Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Design innovative and attractive contract activity plans based on the exchange's business goals and market dynamics to enhance user engagement and trading volume.
2️⃣ Work closely with departments such as product and R&D to promote the implementation and execution of projects, and collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive growth after product launch.
3️⃣ Continuously monitor and analyze activity-related data, assess the effectiveness and impact of activities, and develop optimization plans to improve and enhance the performance of subsequent activities.
4️⃣ Actively interact with users, collect feedback and suggestions, promptly address complaints and issues, and ensure high-quality user experience and satisfaction.
5️⃣ Analyze the operational situation of competitors based on the cryptocurrency market landscape, propose practical solutions, and implement corresponding improvement measures.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree, with a certain level of English proficiency, and at least 3 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
2️⃣ Experience in activity operations within the cryptocurrency or financial derivatives field, familiar with contract trading products and markets.
3️⃣ Excellent activity planning and organizational skills, capable of independently developing and executing activity plans.
4️⃣ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly report public opinion situations and suggestions to management and team members at all levels.
5️⃣ Strong data analysis skills, able to use data-driven methods to optimize activity strategies.
6️⃣ Ability to work under pressure and successfully drive activities in a highly competitive market environment.
7️⃣ Strong communication and coordination skills, with a spirit of teamwork, able to effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
