Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Responsible for data cleaning and visual analysis on the platform, providing data support for business decisions.
2️⃣ Monitor and analyze core business metrics, promptly identify anomalies, and drive problem resolution.
3️⃣ Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and other teams to uncover growth opportunities in user behavior and business data.
4️⃣ Design and maintain data analysis dashboards, regularly produce data analysis reports and insights.
5️⃣ Keep up with industry trends and data analysis methodologies, continuously optimize analysis dashboards and build a data analysis indicator system.
6️⃣ Assist in establishing data analysis processes and standardized methods to enhance overall data analysis efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a background in data analysis, with a preference for candidates from the internet or blockchain industry.
2️⃣ Familiarity with SQL and at least one data analysis language (Python/R), with solid data processing and data visualization skills.
3️⃣ Proficient in using BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.).
4️⃣ Possess excellent data sensitivity and logical thinking abilities, capable of independently completing analyses and proposing actionable recommendations.
5️⃣ Results-oriented, with strong cross-departmental communication, collaboration, and stress resistance skills.
