Main Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for high-value institutional clients and high-end clients, ensuring they receive a seamless trading experience.
Provide clients with professional guidance on trading activities, platform features, and technical issues.
Proactively understand client needs, identify and resolve potential issues in advance.
Work closely with internal teams to efficiently address client concerns and drive improvements based on client feedback.
Communicate regularly with clients to assess satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
Analyze market data to provide clients with actionable market insights.
Qualifications
Relevant experience as a key account manager in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial services industry.
Proven track record of performance in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts in a clear manner.
Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain operations, trading strategies, and risk management.
Ability to flexibly schedule work hours based on business needs, including weekends, night shifts, or irregular hours.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Language Requirements
Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
