Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Project coordination and planning management, breaking down the exchange's strategic goals into specific projects.
2️⃣ Develop project plans (MVP → internal testing → public testing → official launch), clarifying milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
3️⃣ Dynamically adjust schedules to ensure key functions are delivered on time.
4️⃣ Cross-department coordination and resource management:
Responsible for coordinating teams such as product managers, development, testing, operations, risk control, legal/compliance, and marketing.
Follow up on dependent tasks (e.g., interfaces between wallets and risk control, integration between matching engines and options systems).
Propose solutions during resource conflicts to ensure mainline projects are not hindered.
5️⃣ Progress and risk control:
Timely identify and track project risks: technical difficulties, compliance issues, market changes.
Establish a risk list and response plans (e.g., if the rebate system is exploited → freeze strategy / risk control switch).
Organize regular meetings (weekly meetings, milestone reviews) to drive issue closure.
6️⃣ Quality and delivery management:
Supervise code testing, performance testing, and risk control stress testing to ensure stability upon launch.
Promote the establishment of acceptance criteria (Definition of Done): not only launching but also meeting performance indicators.
Collaborate with risk control/security teams to ensure no major vulnerabilities upon system launch.
7️⃣ Documentation and process management:
Establish and maintain project documentation (requirements, schedules, version iteration logs, launch notes).
Optimize development processes (Agile Scrum/Kanban + DevOps + automated testing/CI).
8️⃣ Communication and decision support:
Report project progress, risks, and resource needs to management.
Provide decision-making suggestions in case of strategic/requirement priority conflicts.
Conduct cross-team communication at key milestones (e.g., options launch, rebate system adjustments).
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Experience in delivering complex systems (payment, trading, financial contracts, risk control systems).
2️⃣ Familiarity with Agile development processes and experience using tools like Jira/Zendao/Confluence.
3️⃣ Over 5 years of project management experience in internet/fintech/trading platforms.
4️⃣ Understanding of exchange architecture (matching engine, risk control module, wallet system, rebate system).
5️⃣ Results-oriented: focused on delivery rather than just a visually appealing process, able to maintain momentum under resource constraints and tight timelines.
6️⃣ Neutral and fair: not biased towards products or development, focused on the overall success or failure of the project.
7️⃣ Project management skills: scheduling, breakdown, dependency analysis, progress tracking.
8️⃣ Risk management skills: able to identify key risk points and develop response plans.
9️⃣ Communication and coordination skills: able to quickly achieve consensus among technology, product, risk control, and marketing teams.
