Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Merchant Development and Introduction
Responsible for researching, selecting, and negotiating with quality P2P merchants, completing the onboarding process for merchants;
Establish good cooperative relationships with merchants, maintain regularly, and enhance merchant activity and loyalty;
2️⃣ Daily Operations Management
Assist merchants in solving daily operational issues, track and coordinate internal and external resources for support;
Monitor merchants' transaction situations and operational indicators, conduct data analysis, and identify points for operational improvement;
3️⃣ Event Planning and Implementation
Plan and promote various merchant-side activities (such as promotions, subsidies, and traffic generation) based on the company's operational goals;
Responsible for the execution, effect monitoring, and review of activities to enhance merchant transaction volume and user activity;
4️⃣ Risk Control and Compliance Management
Control compliance processes such as merchant access and information disclosure, monitor potential risks related to transactions and funds;
Report abnormalities promptly and cooperate with legal and risk control to handle them properly;
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, management, economics, or related fields;
2️⃣ More than 2 years of experience in financial or payment merchant operations, experience with P2P merchant operations at TOP20 exchanges is preferred;
3️⃣ Good communication and business negotiation skills, strong ability to work under pressure, and strong execution ability;
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
1️⃣ Familiarity with the merchant systems and operational rules of mainstream P2P platforms (such as Binance/OKX/Huobi, etc.);
2️⃣ Background in the internet finance industry or experience related to digital currencies;
3️⃣ Proficiency in English or other foreign languages is preferred.
