Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the full process management of software projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, with quality, and within budget.
2. Develop project plans, assign tasks, track progress, and efficiently coordinate resources such as development and testing.
3. Lead daily meetings to identify and resolve risks and issues in the project with relevant stakeholders.
4. Regularly organize project review meetings to summarize lessons learned and optimize the current project management process standards of the team.
5. Act as the communication core to ensure smooth collaboration within the team and with departments such as product and operations.
Job Requirements:
1. Essential Experience:
- Background in computer-related fields.
- Experience in project management for relevant activity systems, with a personal understanding of key aspects.
- Over 3 years of software development experience, with more than 2 years of software project management experience.
2. Core Skills:
- Familiar with mainstream development languages and system architectures.
- Proficient in project management methods such as Agile development, and skilled in using tools like Jira, Lark, and Confluence.
- Possess certain data analysis capabilities to support project decision-making.
- PMP, ACP, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
3. Key Qualities:
- Clear communication skills, with good team leadership and coordination abilities.
- Strong logical thinking, able to quickly identify and solve complex problems.
- Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
4. Bonus Points:
- Experience in project management related to operational activities is preferred, and a technical background is a plus.
