Job description
Responsible for expanding and maintaining partnerships with project parties, exchanges, institutions, market makers, quantitative teams, agents, KOLs, and other partners.
Promote market expansion for contract business (perpetual/futures), acquiring quality users, trading volume, and deep resources.
Plan and execute collaborative projects suitable for contract business, such as contract rebate programs, event collaborations, contract trading competitions, and institutional partnerships.
Track industry trends, market hotspots, and competitor strategies, identify potential BD opportunities, and develop implementation plans.
Coordinate internal teams including product, marketing, operations, and risk control to promote the execution of collaborative projects and achieve business targets.
Responsible for business negotiations, developing cooperation plans, advancing contracts, and conducting post-evaluation to ensure maximization of cooperation ROI.
Job Requirements:
Familiarity with the Web3 industry and exchange ecosystem, with a certain understanding of contract/perpetual/futures products.
Experience in business development, capable of independently completing the full business loop from expansion, negotiation, implementation to result tracking.
Strong business communication skills, resource integration ability, execution capability, and data-driven awareness.
English as a working language, with cross-regional collaboration ability (other languages are a plus).
Strong self-motivation, able to adapt to a high-paced, goal-oriented business environment.
Preferred Qualifications (priority consideration):
Clear industry resources (such as exchanges, market makers, quantitative teams, agents, Web3 communities, overseas KOLs, etc.).
Experience in BD for exchanges or derivatives platforms, capable of bringing effective new users or trading volume to contracts.
Successful BD project experience, with demonstrable quantifiable results (such as trading volume, users, cooperation ROI, etc.).
