Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the design and maintenance of the company's compensation structure, including salary grades, incentive bonuses, etc.
2. Ensure that salary levels are externally competitive and internally equitable based on market research and internal data, providing salary recommendations to the recruitment team.
3. Work closely with the business team to complete monthly incentive bonus calculations, distributions, and tracking.
4. Support the implementation of compensation systems in multiple global regions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
5. Participate in the organization and calculation of monthly attendance and payroll data, ensuring accurate salary calculations and timely payments.
6. Participate in or lead the company's annual salary review process, including salary adjustments, promotions, budgeting, and related management.
7. Provide management with compensation analysis reports and data support to optimize the human resource cost structure.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, human resources, economics, data analysis, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of experience in compensation-related roles, with a preference for backgrounds in internet, technology, finance, Web3, or multinational companies.
3. Familiar with compensation structure design, incentive mechanisms, and related data models.
4. Proficient in using Excel, Google Suite, Lark, and other tools, with strong data analysis skills.
5. Familiar with salary regulations and compliance requirements in multiple countries/regions.
6. Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility, with good cross-departmental communication and project management skills.
7. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with a preference for candidates from Malaysia or Singapore.
