Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Overseas Exchange Cooperation Management: Responsible for liaising with mainstream and potential cryptocurrency exchanges globally (such as Binance, Coinbase, OKX, etc.), leading the entire process of Token listing (including preparation of application materials, compliance communication, negotiation for listing, and post-listing operational collaboration), ensuring efficient achievement of listing goals;
2️⃣ Overseas Business Relationship Development: Formulate overseas market BD strategies, proactively explore and expand resources from exchanges, market makers, blockchain project parties, industry associations, and other ecosystem partners, establishing a long-term stable cooperation network to provide resource support for business expansion;
3️⃣ Market Demand and Competitor Analysis: Track dynamics of the overseas Crypto market, changes in policies and regulations, and actions of competitors (especially competitor listing strategies and cooperation models), output analysis reports to provide data support for the company's product iteration, listing decisions, and BD strategy optimization;
4️⃣ Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with internal technical, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure efficient connection of technical integration, compliance review, and promotional activities during the listing process, resolving cross-departmental issues in cooperation;
5️⃣ Business Negotiation and Contract Management: Responsible for conducting business negotiations with overseas partners (including cooperation terms, fee structures, rights and obligations definitions, etc.), drafting and reviewing cooperation agreements to protect the company's interests and reduce cooperation risks.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, over 3 years of overseas BD experience in the Crypto/blockchain industry, having led at least 1-2 complete Token listing projects (verifiable cases required), familiar with listing rules of mainstream exchanges (such as Binance Launchpad, Coinbase Asset Listing Criteria, etc.);
2️⃣ Resources and Abilities: Preference for candidates with core resources from global mainstream exchanges (top-tier and second-tier), market makers, and overseas institutional clients; excellent cross-cultural communication skills and business negotiation skills, able to use English fluently as a working language (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
3️⃣ Professional Awareness: Deep understanding of the Crypto industry ecosystem (including public chains, DeFi, NFTs, Web3, and other subfields), familiar with overseas Crypto regulatory policies (such as the US SEC, EU MiCA regulations, etc.), able to accurately assess market risks and cooperation opportunities;
4️⃣ Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of goals and execution, able to adapt to overseas market time zone collaboration, strong stress resistance, experience in startup teams preferred;
5️⃣ Chinese, English, and Korean can be used as working languages (knowledge of Korean is a plus).
