Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Design and execute marketing and partnership activities that align with business goals and target specific channels in collaboration with the business development team and KOLs.
2️⃣ Plan, launch, and manage user acquisition and engagement programs (e.g., trading competitions, rebate programs, referral rewards) to drive platform growth and user retention.
3️⃣ Collaborate with the business development team to develop and maintain a KOL management database to track collaboration effectiveness, assess performance metrics, and optimize partnership strategies.
4️⃣ Monitor channel behavior and potential fraudulent activities; implement risk control measures to ensure the cost-effectiveness and sustainability of activities.
5️⃣ Submit data-driven performance reports covering activity effectiveness, user conversion, and partner return on investment, providing insights for optimizing strategic direction and partnership models.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ At least one year or more of channel operation experience or relevant work experience in related fields.
2️⃣ Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
3️⃣ Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in business, marketing, economics, or related fields.
4️⃣ Excellent coordination, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
5️⃣ Experience in KOL/influencer marketing and user acquisition funnel optimization is preferred.
