Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ P2P Business Growth and Strategy Execution
- Execute Toobit's C2C growth strategy to enhance regional market share and transaction volume.
- Analyze market trends, supply and demand structures, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop regional operational plans and support merchant expansion strategies.
2️⃣ Merchant Management and Crypto Payment Rule Formulation
- Responsible for establishing merchant admission standards, review mechanisms, and tiered management systems.
- Formulate and optimize crypto payment rules, merchant transaction rules, and operational systems.
- Monitor merchant payment success rates, transaction performance, disputes, and quality performance.
3️⃣ Operational Process and Quality Management
- Optimize merchant onboarding, transaction processes, dispute resolution, after-sales support, and other operational mechanisms.
- Establish a merchant/user performance scoring system to promote quality audits and rectifications.
- Collaborate with the product team to continuously improve P2P product usability.
4️⃣ Risk Control Management
- Identify abnormal behaviors and potential fraud risks, and formulate preventive rules.
- Collaborate with compliance/AML teams to optimize KYC/KYB, on-chain monitoring, and payment risk control rules.
- Implement restrictions on merchants or users based on risk levels.
5️⃣ Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with product and technical teams to launch new features and merchant tools.
- Collaborate with the BD team to expand quality merchants and enhance market liquidity.
- Work with customer service and compliance teams to handle user disputes and merchant issues.
6️⃣ Events and Liquidity Enhancement
- Assist in planning P2P operational activities to activate dormant users and attract new trading users.
- Design merchant incentive programs and regional liquidity enhancement plans.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ At least 2 years of work experience, including 1-2 years in cryptocurrency P2P/C2C, payments, fintech, or related operations.
2️⃣ Familiar with global P2P merchant models, crypto payment ecosystems, and user trading habits.
3️⃣ Experience in merchant management, payment rule formulation, liquidity operations, or risk control.
4️⃣ Familiar with AML/KYC/KYB, anti-fraud, and risk identification processes.
5️⃣ Data-driven, logically clear, with good communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
6️⃣ Able to conduct daily work in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
1️⃣ Experience from the P2P teams of Binance, Bybit, or OKX is preferred.
2️⃣ Experience in building merchant scoring systems, payment rule frameworks, and risk models.
