Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Business Analysis and Strategy Support
• Build a comprehensive indicator system for the entire process from "Account Opening → KYC → Deposit → Trading → Retention/Repurchase," forming standard metrics for weekly/monthly/quarterly business analysis.
• Complete fee rates, channel ROI, and customer segmentation models for brokerage/self-operated/investment advisory/derivatives lines, providing actionable strategic recommendations.
2️⃣ Data Modeling and Visualization
• Build thematic wide tables and data marts based on SQL/Python, establishing an indicator dictionary.
• Create management dashboards and self-service analysis datasets using BI tools.
3️⃣ Trading and Product Insights
• Monitor categories/account structures, liquidity, capital efficiency, and risk exposure to support pricing and product iteration.
4️⃣ Project Implementation and Cross-Department Collaboration
• Act as PM/BA, leading requirement reviews, scheduling, and acceptance, promoting tracking specifications, data governance, and automated report launches.
5️⃣ Compliance and Risk
• Collaborate with risk control/compliance to identify abnormal transactions, account risks, and suitability indicators and warning rules, ensuring outputs are auditable and traceable.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Education/Background: Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Financial Engineering/Economics, Bachelor's degree or above; must have 1-3 years of experience in securities data/business analysis.
2️⃣ Data Skills: Proficient in SQL and Python, capable of independently completing ETL and data quality checks.
3️⃣ Business Understanding: Familiar with Hong Kong/U.S. stocks, ETFs, options, and other basic products and trading logic, able to translate data insights into business actions.
4️⃣ Communication and Documentation: Clear logic, able to produce highly readable analysis reports.
Bonus Points:
1️⃣ Understanding of brokerage business and exchange product rules; experience in margin trading/options/derivatives analysis or reconciliation;
2️⃣ Experience in tracking/data governance (lineage, metrics, data quality);
3️⃣ Experience in channel attribution;
4️⃣ English can be used as a working language.
