Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Responsible for the basic operational configuration of the exchange:
Main tasks include user outreach, product listing and delisting, fee configuration, and announcement publication, among other key responsibilities. Ensure that all operational processes comply with regulatory requirements, safeguarding the platform's compliance and stability.
2️⃣ Customer service support:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth user experience. Address and resolve user-related operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
3️⃣ Process optimization and execution:
Continuously optimize and enhance the operational processes of the exchange to ensure work efficiency. Participate in the formulation and improvement of the exchange's standard operating procedures (SOP).
4️⃣ Compliance supervision:
Supervise and audit the exchange's operations according to regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with legal standards. Follow up on and implement changes in regulatory policies, adjusting internal processes and strategies in a timely manner.
5️⃣ Cross-department collaboration:
Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and other teams to ensure the smooth progress of configuration and optimization tasks. Coordinate among departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Educational background:
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to graduates from overseas institutions or domestic 211 universities.
2️⃣ Language proficiency:
Good command of English, capable of conducting business communication and report writing in the working language.
3️⃣ Experience in compliance exchanges:
5-8 years of relevant operational experience, with licensed operational experience in compliance exchanges, familiar with financial regulatory frameworks and exchange operational processes.
4️⃣ Basic configuration of exchange business:
Responsible for the basic configuration work of the exchange business, including user outreach, product listing and delisting, fee configuration, and announcement publication.
5️⃣ Project management:
Ability to independently manage projects, completing them on time and achieving expected results.
6️⃣ Teamwork and communication:
Good team spirit and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate and solve problems in a fast-paced work environment.
