Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Growth Strategy and Planning:
· Develop user growth strategies for overseas markets, clarify market positioning, target user segmentation, and core growth paths, and be responsible for key growth metrics.
· Deeply understand trends in the OTA industry, competitive landscape, and changes in user behavior to identify new market opportunities (such as segmented scenarios).
· Responsible for building and optimizing growth models, accountable for core metrics such as user lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and retention rate.
2️⃣ Market-Driven New User Acquisition:
· Channel Strategy and Innovation: Fully responsible for planning online/offline growth channels, budget allocation, and ROI optimization. This includes but is not limited to:
· Performance Marketing: Proficient in SEM/SEO, display advertising, social media advertising, etc., and continuously explore emerging traffic platforms.
· Content Marketing and Social Media: Build a content ecosystem centered around "travel inspiration," creating brand influence and achieving conversion through short videos, live streaming, and KOL/KOC collaborations.
· Integration of Brand and Growth: Work closely with the brand team to ensure that all marketing activities enhance brand equity while delivering measurable user growth.
3️⃣ User Activation and Retention Operations:
· Construct new user onboarding processes to improve the first-order conversion rate of new users.
· Lead the design and optimization of the user retention system, including membership/points systems, personalized recommendations, and lifecycle engagement, effectively increasing user repurchase frequency and average order value.
· Analyze data to gain insights into user churn reasons and develop effective recall strategies.
4️⃣ Team Management and Collaboration:
· Collaborate efficiently with product, technology, and data departments to drive the implementation and iteration of growth-related product features.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Experience in overseas market growth in the internet sector is preferred.
2️⃣ Excellent content production skills in both Chinese and English.
3️⃣ Familiarity with the communication mechanisms of overseas social media platforms such as X, Telegram, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
4️⃣ Strong interest in AI, Web3, travel, and lifestyle fields, with cross-cultural content sensitivity.
5️⃣ Strong data analysis and content review capabilities, able to extract insights from data and continuously optimize strategies.
