Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and strategic cooperation of enterprise-level clients in the company's core businesses such as payments, cash flow, and OTC.
2. Independently complete the search, negotiation, signing, and subsequent relationship maintenance with target clients to ensure business implementation and revenue growth.
3. Keenly observe market and industry trends, deeply explore the core needs of B-end clients in areas such as fund settlement and cross-border payments.
4. Lead important business negotiations, design and plan cooperation models, and coordinate internal resources to promote the smooth execution of cooperation projects.
5. Maintain and expand long-term relationships with partners such as payment institutions, establishing a solid ecological cooperation network.
Job Requirements:
1. Over 3 years of business development or sales experience, focusing on the payment, cash flow, or fintech sectors.
2. Rich experience in B-end client cooperation, with stable enterprise client resources or channel resources being a plus.
3. Familiar with the payment industry ecosystem, understanding business processes and relevant regulations related to cross-border settlement, fund clearing, and OTC trading.
4. Excellent business negotiation, communication, and coordination skills, along with sharp market insight and client demand analysis capabilities.
5. Results-oriented, able to work independently under pressure, and possess the ability to solve complex business problems.
