Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
2️⃣ Work Experience: At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in the relevant industry, familiar with the characteristics of industry talent and recruitment channels. Experience in successfully recruiting mid to senior-level talent is preferred.
3️⃣ Professional Skills
- Proficient in the operational processes and techniques of all recruitment stages, with extensive experience in resume screening and interview evaluation.
- Familiar with various recruitment tools and assessment methods, able to apply them reasonably according to job requirements.
- Strong data analysis skills, capable of reviewing recruitment work through recruitment data and proposing improvement measures.
- Proficient in using office software and recruitment management systems.
4️⃣ Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate efficiently with candidates and hiring departments, with a strong sense of purpose and execution, capable of completing recruitment tasks within the specified time.
- Keen insight and judgment, able to accurately assess the match between candidates' traits and job requirements.
- Proactive work attitude, responsible, strong stress resistance, with good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
5️⃣ Bonus Points - Language Skills: Fluent in English, able to read English resumes and recruitment information proficiently, and having a certain level of spoken English communication ability is preferred.
