Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance policies, processes, and programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
2️⃣ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls in various business units, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions.
3️⃣ Regularly conduct compliance training and awareness programs to enhance employees' understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
4️⃣ Review business activities, contracts, and operational processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws (such as anti-bribery, data privacy, anti-money laundering) and company policies.
5️⃣ Investigate compliance incidents, violations, or concerns raised by employees, stakeholders, or regulatory bodies, and prepare detailed reports including findings and recommendations.
6️⃣ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as legal, finance, operations) to address compliance issues and integrate compliance requirements into business operations.
7️⃣ Track updates to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and provide management with impact analysis and recommendations on new regulations.
8️⃣ Liaise with external regulatory bodies, respond to inquiries, and assist in managing regulatory audits or inspections.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above in law, finance, business administration, or related fields; professional certifications (such as CCEP, CAMS) are preferred.
2️⃣ 3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance management, preferably in financial services or technology sectors.
3️⃣ Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, GDPR, domestic anti-bribery laws, data protection regulations, etc.).
4️⃣ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
5️⃣ Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
6️⃣ High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
