Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Strategic Development and Ecosystem Layout:
- Formulate and execute the global asset listing business development strategy for XT.com, focusing on emerging sectors and high-potential projects, and establish and maintain a network of top project resources.
- Deeply explore collaboration opportunities with venture capital (VC), incubators, industry associations, and other ecosystem partners to build a long-term stable pipeline of quality assets.
2️⃣ High-End Business Negotiation and Partnership Achievement:
- Lead comprehensive business negotiations with top projects, accurately grasp cooperation opportunities, and successfully finalize comprehensive collaborations including but not limited to token listings, strategic investments, ecosystem co-construction, and joint marketing.
- Responsible for negotiating and finalizing key commercial terms such as listing fees, market resource investment, liquidity support, and technical integration to maximize cooperation value and platform revenue.
3️⃣ Market Insight and Competitiveness Building:
- Continuously conduct market and competitor analysis, deeply understand project needs, and continuously optimize XT.com’s token listing value proposition and cooperation plans to ensure absolute attractiveness in fierce exchange competition.
- Represent XT.com at global industry summits and events to enhance the platform's brand image and influence among quality projects.
4️⃣ Cross-Department Leadership and Coordination:
- As a core member of the business side, lead and coordinate the internal listing committee, legal, marketing, and technical teams to ensure an efficient and smooth process from contact to listing, providing an excellent cooperation experience for project parties.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Over 5 years of experience in the digital asset industry, with at least 3 years in exchange listing BD, venture capital (VC), or top project ecosystem development roles, possessing market-validated successful cases and a strong network of project/VC contacts.
2️⃣ Excellent business negotiation and deal-making skills, with experience in independently completing complex cooperation cases.
3️⃣ Forward-looking understanding and independent judgment ability regarding various blockchain sectors (such as DeFi, GameFi, Layer2, AI, etc.).
4️⃣ Strategic thinking and hunting instinct: Ability to proactively discover opportunities rather than passively waiting for applications.
5️⃣ Outstanding influence and negotiation skills: Able to engage in equal dialogue with founders, CEOs, and other senior executives, persuading them to choose XT.com as a core strategic partner.
6️⃣ Strong networking and relationship management skills: Possess a wide and effective contact network within the industry.
7️⃣ Results-oriented: Strong pursuit of commercial metrics (such as the number of listed projects, trading volume generated, revenue, etc.).
8️⃣ Entrepreneurial spirit, highly self-driven, and enjoys winning in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
9️⃣ Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to adapt to a global work environment.
