Responsibilities:
Develop personal wealth management business development plans and set and achieve personal goals.
Identify and create collaboration opportunities through effective offline channels and client discussions.
Establish and maintain good relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions to facilitate business cooperation.
Formulate sales and promotion plans and participate in marketing activities.
Regularly report on business development and sales progress.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
In-depth understanding and strong interest in digital currencies.
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields; experience in Web3/blockchain/financial industries is preferred.
Experience serving large clients is preferred.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive and continuously pursuing goals.
