Role Overview
OKX is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Business Development Manager to join our Listing & Boost team. This team plays a central role in identifying and onboarding high-quality projects to the OKX platform, and in ensuring that each listing delivers lasting ecosystem impact.
The successful candidate will lead pre-listing engagement across sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation, while working closely with internal stakeholders to refine our listing products and processes. This position requires both strategic judgment and strong execution — combining market insight, professionalism, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate pre-listing and partnership opportunities with leading Web3 projects across sectors (DeFi, AI, L2s, GameFi, RWAs, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end relationships with project teams, ensuring a smooth listing and campaign execution process.
- Collaborate with internal Operations, Legal, and Product teams to enhance the listing process and launch new initiatives that support project success.
- Oversee the design and implementation of listing-related campaigns, including co-marketing and ecosystem activation efforts.
- Maintain a high standard of project quality, compliance awareness, and due diligence across all engagements.
- Represent OKX with professionalism in external communications, partnerships, and industry events.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in exchange BD, venture investment, or Web3 partnership management.
- Demonstrated ability to source and close high-value deals within the crypto ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of token economics, project evaluation, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Established credibility within the Web3 or crypto founder community.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency preferred).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
