Job description
Main Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and improve growth marketing strategies for global paid user growth, driving paid user acquisition.
Familiar with the design and execution of paid growth strategies on app platforms (Google, Apple Store), with experience in In-App Ads and similar work.
Optimization and expansion of paid channels: Proficient in optimizing campaigns across various advertising platforms, including Google, Meta Ads, ad networks, TikTok Ads, etc.
Data-driven optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize each campaign around core KPIs (such as ROAS, CPA, etc.) to identify opportunities for optimizing user channels, break down complex user growth issues, and translate insights into solutions to maximize campaign incremental effectiveness and return on investment.
Cross-team collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (including marketing, design, public relations, and product teams) to ensure campaigns are launched on time, effectively localized, and deliver measurable results.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with mobile advertising experience, familiar with paid tools/vendors in search, social, and display channels.
Candidates with similar work experience in the cryptocurrency industry are preferred.
Candidates familiar with large media advertising or having large media resources are preferred.
Familiar with web advertising and mobile advertising data acquisition and attribution methods.
Strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of professionalism and collaboration, able to work remotely with global marketing team members.
A strong interest in the cryptocurrency/blockchain/technology field.
