Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Performance Management System Design and Optimization:
· Lead the design, configuration, and full process management of the annual and quarterly performance evaluation cycles (including goal setting, mid-term reviews, and year-end evaluations) based on HRIS (Lark HRIS).
· Assist department heads in formulating, breaking down, and calibrating departmental and individual KPIs and OKRs in alignment with company strategy, ensuring that goals are aligned and challenging.
· Continuously iterate and optimize performance management processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
2️⃣ System Management and Data Analysis:
· Serve as an expert in the company's internal HRIS performance module, responsible for daily maintenance, permission management, functional testing, and updates of the system.
· Provide training and support on system operations, processes, and best practices for employees and managers.
· Collect, clean, and analyze performance data to generate visual reports (such as goal achievement rates, calibration distributions, talent nine-box grids, etc.), providing data insights for talent reviews, compensation reviews, and leadership development.
3️⃣ Communication, Training, and Support:
· Write performance policies, operational guidelines, and company-wide communication emails fluently in both Chinese and English.
· Organize and host online/offline training and workshops related to performance management for global/cross-regional teams.
· Provide consultation and coaching to managers and employees on goal setting, performance feedback, and development conversations.
4️⃣ Projects and Collaboration:
· Participate in or lead HR projects related to performance management, such as engagement surveys, talent succession planning, and incentive program design.
· Work closely with HRBP, recruitment, and learning and development teams to ensure effective integration of performance management and talent management processes.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ At least 1 year of HR-related work experience focused on performance management modules.
2️⃣ Practical experience in directly configuring and managing performance modules (especially OKR/KPI processes) on the (Lark) HRIS platform. Familiarity with its backend configuration logic and frontend user journey.
3️⃣ Experience in building or deeply operating a complete KPI and OKR management system, understanding its core concepts, differences, and applicable scenarios.
4️⃣ Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written), able to communicate in business settings, write professional documents, and host multinational meetings without barriers.
5️⃣ Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in Excel/Sheets, and familiarity with BI tools (such as Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
6️⃣ Outstanding communication, coordination, and project management skills, with a strong service orientation and cross-departmental driving force.
