Job Responsibility
-Conduct regular follow-up calls or visits with VIP clients (monthly or quarterly) to understand their needs, preferences, and latest updates, and maintain accurate client profiles and preference records.
-Provide personalized greetings or special arrangements during holidays, anniversaries, or significant events (such as trading milestones).
-Design, purchase, and customize VIP merchandise (gift boxes, memorabilia, limited-edition items, etc.), ensuring quality control, packaging standards, and timely delivery.
-Coordinate gift warehousing, shipment, and delivery confirmation to ensure a high-quality experience, including customized cards and personalized messages.
-Organize and host VIP private dinners, business gatherings, premium seating events, and art/cultural experiences, including venue selection, menu planning, seating arrangement, and event flow management.
-Develop and maintain a network of premium suppliers, including fine dining, gift customization, entertainment, hotels/clubs, transportation (drivers/executive cars), and photography services.
-Maintain comprehensive VIP client profiles (preferences, event participation records, gifting history, important dates, etc.) while ensuring data confidentiality.
-Compile data from client follow-ups and events, and regularly produce reports on customer satisfaction and service effectiveness to support product and operational improvements.
Job Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Hotel Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Events Management, Customer Relationship Management, or related fields are preferred.
-At least 1 year of experience in high-end client servicing, concierge/VIP hospitality, or event execution within a cryptocurrency exchange or similar industry.
-Strong service mindset and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to respond quickly and handle unexpected situations under pressure.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
