Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market entry strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to the South Korean market.
- Manage and optimize local marketing budgets, ensuring the effective allocation of resources across key channels.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, product, and customer support) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize Naver SEO.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, agencies, and other stakeholders to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of experience in marketing, Korean native speakers with a focus on the South Korean market (preferably in crypto exchange).
- In-depth understanding of the South Korean consumer landscape, cultural trends, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills in Korean or Chinese is a plus (written and verbal).
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
