Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Overall platform operation planning
Formulate and execute a comprehensive operational strategy that aligns with the company's development stage (post-cold start → early growth), clarifying phased goals, key paths, and resource allocation.
2️⃣ Collaborate with product, marketing, technology, compliance, and other teams to ensure that operational strategies are highly coordinated with the overall direction of the company.
3️⃣ Build a core operational dashboard to monitor key metrics in real-time, such as DAU/MAU, transaction volume, retention rate, churn rate, and customer service feedback.
4️⃣ User growth and lifecycle operation
Deeply understand Web3 user behavior paths and construct a user segmentation model (new users, active users, high-net-worth users, churned users, etc.);
Design precise activation, retention, recall, and monetization strategies (such as beginner tasks, sign-in rewards, transaction rebates, airdrop incentives, etc.) for different lifecycle stages.
5️⃣ Event system construction and full-process management
Build a standardized event SOP from 0 to 1, covering theme planning, goal setting, budget allocation, risk assessment, KPI design, execution, and review optimization;
Conduct user research and competitive analysis in advance to ensure that events align with market demands and user expectations.
6️⃣ Agency/invitation system operation
Design and continuously optimize multi-level agency and invitation incentive mechanisms, balancing short-term user acquisition with long-term ecosystem health;
Construct agency data models and visualization dashboards (such as agency levels, subordinate activity levels, commission distribution, cheat detection, etc.), dynamically adjusting profit-sharing rules and entry thresholds.
7️⃣ Product rhythm coordination and suggestions
Deeply participate in planning meetings for all stages of the product (MVP → cold start → scaling), and based on operational data and user feedback, propose suggestions for feature launches, token listing rhythms, and event collaborations.
8️⃣ User perspective product insights
Use the platform frequently as a real user to proactively identify experience breakpoints, process bottlenecks, or trust gaps.
9️⃣ Closed-loop capability for revenue from 0 to 1
Design scalable monetization paths and use operational means to drive users to complete their first payment or transaction.
🔟 Team management and process construction
Build and lead the operations team (including user operations, event operations, agency operations, data analysis, etc.), clarifying roles and OKRs;
Establish standardized operational documents, knowledge bases, and SOP processes to ensure strategies are replicable, experiences are consolidated, and newcomers can quickly get up to speed.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ At least 8 years of experience in internet/fintech/trading platform operations, with at least 4 years of deep involvement in Web3, cryptocurrency, or other related fields;
2️⃣ A complete case of successfully driving user growth and revenue from 0 to 1 or during the cold start phase;
3️⃣ Proficient in user lifecycle management, event planning, and building data dashboards (SQL / Looker / Metabase, etc. are a plus);
4️⃣ Familiar with mainstream Web3 product logic and able to communicate efficiently with the product team;
5️⃣ Possess strong empathy and user sensitivity, able to "think from the user's perspective";
6️⃣ Results-oriented, able to make quick decisions and execute in environments with limited resources and incomplete information;
7️⃣ Fluent in English, able to directly connect with global users and agents; Chinese is the working language.
