Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Fund Management
- Execute Capital Call and Distribution processes
- Manage fund investment project cash flows and return on investment
- Coordinate fund settlement with fund managers, portfolio companies, and custodian banks
2. CEX Fund Management
- Manage fund allocation and security of multi-currency cold and hot wallets (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, etc.)
- Monitor exchange fund pool positions and develop liquidity and wallet transfer strategies
- Coordinate market-making funds and cross-platform fund settlement (including fiat and crypto assets)
3. Family Office Fund and Bank Account Management
- Lead the opening, maintenance, and structural optimization of multi-jurisdictional bank accounts for the family office
- Manage the global account structure (personal, trust, investment vehicle companies, etc.) to ensure flexible fund allocation
- Coordinate cross-border settlement, exchange, and asset transfer
4. Fund Security and Compliance
- Implement fund security measures such as multi-signature, whitelisting, and permission grading
- Cooperate with the compliance department to implement AML/KYC/KYT requirements
- Prevent risks such as fraud, money laundering, and account abuse
5. Liquidity and Investment Support
- Develop short, medium, and long-term fund and liquidity plans
- Provide fund analysis and forecasting to support investment and operational decisions
- Manage short-term investments and optimize returns on idle funds
6. Systems and Automation
- Promote the construction of fund management systems (TMS), wallet monitoring platforms, and BI reporting tools
- Collaborate with the technical team to achieve fund flow visualization and automated reconciliation
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field
2. 8+ years of experience in fund management, with at least 3 years in a fund/exchange/family office
3. Familiar with fund operation mechanisms (Capital Call, Distribution) and investment settlement processes
4. In-depth understanding of CEX fund operation models, wallet management, and crypto asset settlement
5. Proficient in global bank account opening processes and cross-border fund structure design
6. Proficient in using Excel, TMS, blockchain explorers, and BI tools
7. Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to coordinate with multiple parties across borders

1. CFA, CTP, CPA, ACAMS certification 1. Awaiting certification
2. Experienced in multi-currency and multi-chain (BTC, ETH, TRON, BSC) fund operations
3. Led the opening and maintenance of bank accounts in multiple jurisdictions (Singapore, UAE, Hong Kong, Europe, etc.)
4. Familiar with family office investment structures (trusts, SPVs, foundations, etc.)
