Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Risk Control System Architecture and Development
Design and implement a high-concurrency, low-latency real-time risk control engine that supports dynamic rule configuration, behavior scoring, graph computation, and machine learning model integration; covering key business scenarios: account registration/login, KYC verification, deposit and withdrawal, API trading, contract interaction, etc.
2️⃣ On-chain + Off-chain Multi-dimensional Risk Modeling
Integrate mainstream public chain data, analyze address behavior, fund flow, and contract invocation patterns;
3️⃣ Strategy Engineering and Automated Response
Transform risk control strategies (such as AML rules, abnormal transaction thresholds, etc.) into executable, auditable, and rollback-capable technical solutions; implement multi-level response mechanisms such as automatic interception, manual review, and tiered alerts, supporting second-level decision-making.
4️⃣ Risk Control Data Infrastructure Construction
Build high-performance data pipelines to process TB-level on-chain events and user behavior logs; construct feature warehouses and monitoring dashboards to support strategy iteration and post-event review.
5️⃣ Emergency Response to Security Incidents and Attack-Defense Confrontation
Quickly respond to security incidents such as hacker attacks, abnormal withdrawals, and bulk volume manipulation, providing technical blocking measures; continuously analyze new attack methods (such as cross-chain bridge abuse, flash loan manipulation) and upgrade defense systems.
6️⃣ Compliance and Audit Support
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to meet the technical requirements for transaction monitoring under FATF "Travel Rule," MiCA, and other regulations; provide complete risk control logs and decision-making basis to support internal and external audits.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields, with over 1 year of backend risk control system development experience;
2️⃣ Proficient in at least one language: #Go / #Java / #Python, familiar with technology stacks such as Kafka, Redis, Flink/Spark, ClickHouse;
3️⃣ Practical experience in risk control/fraud prevention systems in the finance, payment, internet, or cryptocurrency fields;
4️⃣ Familiar with common risk control architectures (rule engines, real-time computing, graph databases) and security attack-defense logic;
5️⃣ Possess good system design capabilities, problem-solving skills, and cross-team collaboration awareness;
