Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced AI Chatbot Specialist responsible for the construction, optimization, and maintenance of customer service chatbots. This position will drive customer service automation projects, enhance user experience through intelligent dialogue design, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create a technology-driven, efficient customer service center.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the overall construction, training, and continuous optimization of customer service AI chatbots.
2. Design and maintain chat scripts, dialogue flows, and situational logic to ensure responses are accurate, efficient, and humanized.
3. Analyze chatbot data and customer feedback to continuously improve the resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with various internal departments (risk control, operations, product, technology) and external vendors to promote system integration and functional optimization.
5. Develop and implement intelligent customer service development plans that align with the company's customer service strategy.
6. Stay updated on cutting-edge industry technologies and actively introduce innovative automation solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in communication, computer science, or related fields.
2. More than 2 years of experience with customer service chatbots or automation tools.
3. Management experience (preferably in the fintech/cryptocurrency industry) with familiarity in dialogue design, natural language processing (NLP), and customer journey optimization.
4. Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, and clear logic.
5. Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
