Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop overall operational growth strategies and systems based on the company's operational strategy, platform product characteristics, target market, competitive landscape, and customer needs; coordinate internal and external resources to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the achievement of operational goals.
2. Improve the operational system, analyze user behavior data, design and evaluate various operational metrics, conduct system monitoring, analysis, and effectiveness evaluation, optimize marketing and operational strategies, and enhance operational benefits such as user activity, conversion rates, and sales.
3. Responsible for the overall strategy and plan formulation and implementation of the company's platform operations, market promotion, channel development, and customer service.
4. Organize the extraction and integration of multi-source, multi-dimensional data, write monthly operational analysis reports, and guide the formulation and implementation of operational strategies based on analysis results.
5. Monitor relevant products in the industry, especially competitive products, in real-time; establish and improve the online product marketing mechanism for the mall platform to form an efficient and stable marketing model.
6. Responsible for team management and development in the operations department, and ensure effective communication and coordination with various departments.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with English as a working language; at least 5 years of operational management experience in large internet platforms, with overseas operational growth experience, and experience in high growth and large traffic user growth and operational responsibilities.
2. Familiar with operational management structures and processes, data-sensitive, with strong data analysis capabilities and efficient execution skills.
3. Experience in backend data statistical analysis, strong analytical judgment ability, and the ability to adjust strategies based on promotional feedback.
4. Sensitive to user needs, empathetic, and skilled at uncovering needs from data and user feedback.
5. Agile thinker with excellent coordination, communication, leadership, and innovation abilities; able to withstand pressure and accept challenges, and adept at identifying and understanding the real needs of management and business departments.
