Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ 【Advertising Strategy and Placement】
1. Independently manage the company's main advertising accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc., and develop and execute weekly/monthly/quarterly advertising strategies.
2. Responsible for the full process management of advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative planning, budget allocation, bidding strategy setting, and A/B testing.
2️⃣ 【Data Analysis and Optimization】
1. Monitor advertising data daily (impressions, clicks, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, etc.), conduct in-depth analysis, identify issues, and propose effective optimization solutions.
2. Continuously optimize ad copy, creative materials, and landing pages using data-driven methods to improve ad conversion rates and return on investment.
3️⃣ 【Budget and Performance Management】
1. Reasonably control the advertising budget to ensure spending stays within expected limits and be responsible for core KPIs (such as customer acquisition cost, ROI).
2. Regularly produce placement reports to clearly communicate advertising performance and next steps to management.
4️⃣ 【Market Insights and Testing】
1. Track the latest industry trends, platform policy changes, and competitor dynamics to provide recommendations for advertising strategies.
2. Actively explore and test new advertising channels, traffic opportunities, and marketing tools to find new growth opportunities for the business.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, with proficiency in either Facebook or Google Ads, and successful project cases with data proof.
2. Proficient in operating ad backends and capable of independently building advertising campaigns from scratch.
3. Excellent data analysis skills, strong results orientation, and ROI awareness, with a sensitivity to data.
4. Strong logical thinking, ability to validate and close loops, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly identify and drive solutions to issues.
5. Good learning ability, resilience under pressure, and team collaboration spirit.
